Develop skills in  making of pastry and desserts to a fine dining standard. This course is open to all levels of ability. No experience necessary. We will guide you through the tricks of the trade explaining the techniques which will enable you to understand the jargon of so many cookery books. Class content may be subject to change slightly at short notice. Class runs on Saturday from 2- 5pm commencing 15th February 2020:

Classes can be booked as a block or as individual lessons, we supply the ingredients you take home your creation to enjoy at your leisure.
