The Doo Wop Chocolate Cafe is one of chocolate shops in London owned and managed by Philip Norris.
Philip was trained in City and Guilds Hospitality, and then went on to manage a 15th Century hotel in St Albans. He then gained a diploma in food and wine at Leiths. He carried on his studies with the wine and spirit education trust, and also a city and guilds teaching qualification. Subsequently, he began teaching wine courses to both beginners and advanced students with the wine and spirit education trust.
He lectured on food and wine at the Arts Institute in America, and achieved a BA with Honours in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts at Purdue University. On his return to London he studied patisserie and chocolate at cordon bleu. He currently consults and installs wine cellars in privates residences in Aspen, Palm Beach and Phoenix.
Whilst working in London Colleges, Philip met extremely talented teachers whom will work alongside him in this venture. The team deliver cookery lessons with passion and expertise and are talented career lecturers.
